All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a secondary notification with your tracking details.
Please note that during peak seasonal periods (such as holidays or summer rushes), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Order Tracking
We believe in full transparency. Once your order leaves our partner warehouse, an email containing a unique Tracking Number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to you. You can monitor your package's journey directly on our website at any time.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because we aim to process and fulfill orders as fast as possible, you have a 12-hour window from the moment of purchase to contact us if you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order.
Once an order has been processed by our supplier or handed over to the shipping carrier, no modifications or cancellations can be made. If you no longer wish to receive the item after it has been shipped, you will need to follow our standard Return Policy after the package arrives.

To guarantee maximum buyer protection and transaction safety, Novis accepts payments exclusively via PayPal. Please ensure that your shipping address on Shopify matches your verified PayPal delivery address to avoid any automated processing delays or holds.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos or videos immediately and contact our support team. We will open an official review with our logistics partner to issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
